Canadian Customers - free shipping & No duties

First let me say, I love the Signature Crew Neck T, but as a Canadian, getting hit with $21 shipping charge and then another 5% duty makes for a very expensive t-shirt. I really want to buy more but the cost is too much. When will you open a Canadian distribution location and start to offer free shipping to us fine folks up here in Canada?
