Long sleeve button casual lightweight for travel and sun protection

Something lightweight that can be worn in warm climates to still get some sun protection (without feeling like wearing a plastic bag when wearing a synthetic sun hoody).
I'd prefer a bit more casual (but not limp clingy fabric) than the dress shirts - two chest pockets with hidden? button flaps and straighter bottom for mainly wearing untucked (again, to allow ventilation to enhance cooling).
Optional: Stiff enough collar that can be flipped up to protect neck from sun.
Super optional: maybe make higher gsm version for work shirt around home. hidden zipped pocket (maybe inside a chest pocket, or behind a chest pocket so you have to info a shirt button to access (maybe that's crossing a line though).
